Tanja Largré's story about growing with life

November 13, 2026

It's a quiet morning when we speak with Tanja Largré. She is in the middle of life, but also in the middle of a transition. She lives with her husband, Nicki, and their son, and in a few weeks they will be expanding their family - something that is felt deeply in the body, both physically and spiritually.

To land in oneself

To land in oneself

Tanja describes her current phase of life as a quiet shift. She allows herself to be slow, and feels grateful for the life she is building - both as a mother, a woman and a human being.

“I'm in a phase where I'm really allowing myself to be slow. It feels both soft and big to stand here again - more rounded, more calm and more connected to the life I'm building.”

She says that this time there is a deeper calm and a feeling of being grounded in oneself. Where first motherhood was characterized by all the new and unknown, this chapter feels more grounded, more conscious.

An expansion - not just a doubling

An expansion - not just a doubling

When Tanja talks about becoming a mother again, she describes it as something that not only changes the family, but also herself.

“Having another child doesn’t feel like a doubling. It feels like an expansion.”

She smiles as she talks about how love grows in new directions. “The beauty of having another child is that it doesn’t just double the love – it gives it new forms.”

At the same time, thoughts about balance fill my everyday life. "I look forward to the first quiet moments - the smell of newborn skin and
the feeling that time is disappearing. But I also think about balance. About how I can accommodate two children, find space for myself and nurture my relationship with Nicki.”

For Tanja, the waiting period is not only about practical preparation, but about finding peace in the imperfect, and about letting love spread in all directions.

Homebirth, family and body confidence

Homebirth, family and body confidence

When Tanja gave birth to her first child, she experienced both the strength and unpredictability of her body. This time, she enters labor with greater confidence and a deeper sense of what her body is capable of.

"I had a good first birth, and I was very impressed by the power that lives in my body. This time I am consciously working with my breathing and the regulated nervous system, and we have chosen to give birth at home, with both my mother and mother-in-law as part of the room. It feels safe.”

For her, it's not about control, but about trust - both in the body, in the process and in the space around her.

From Mild to Flourish

From Mild to Flourish

Combining entrepreneurship and motherhood has taught Tanja that energy cannot be given to everything and everyone. As a co-founder of Miild, she experienced how intense it is to create something from scratch while also trying to find your place as a mother. After selling Miild, she describes a new rhythm - one where the pace is slower, but the presence is deeper.

“I do fewer things, but with more passion. I no longer build to perform. I build to live.”

Together with her husband, Nicki, she created Flourish - a community for independent women who want to run a business with peace, nourishment and awareness as a foundation. For her, it's not just a project, but a way of life.

“Shaping Flourish with Nicki means a lot to me. Not just because we share the dream, but because it also shapes the way we live as a family. Flourish is not about strategy. It’s about life.”

Finding the rhythm

Today, Tanja's everyday life is all about rhythm. She describes how small breaks, movement and nature help her feel herself.

“Me time is the most self-loving choice I can make every day. Balance is not about having everything under control, but about being soft enough to accept when something is difficult.”

She knows she can't control everything, but she can choose to be present. That's the learning she brings into the new chapter.

What motherhood has taught me

Motherhood has shown Tanja that strength and gentleness are not mutually exclusive.

“That my vulnerability is a strength. That I can be both strong and gentle. I grow as much as my children - we get to know each other, our whole lives.”

She says that she no longer strives to be perfect, but to be present. And that her children teach her at least as much as she teaches them.

The next chapter

The next chapter

Looking ahead, Tanja wants a life of depth, flexibility and meaning. She dreams that Flourish can continue to flourish as a space for development and freedom, and that the family can live in a rhythm where both love and ambition find space.

When Tanja talks about what she wants her children to remember, it becomes clear what drives her: presence, love, and the connection between them.

“I hope my children will remember someday that I really saw them. That I was present - not just in body, but with soul. That I danced, played, listened. That they were someone's most important adventure - always.”
