The terms and conditions apply to consumers' purchases of goods on tuttelu.dk.

Payment

Payment can be made using the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard and Mobile Pay. When paying with Mastercard Debit, which is a debit card, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment. The amount will be withdrawn when the item is shipped. If multiple items have been ordered in an order and one or more of the items cannot be delivered immediately, we will only withdraw the payment for the item(s) when the item(s) is shipped.

Delivery

We offer delivery to addresses in Denmark. The goods are delivered 1-3 business days after your order. We offer delivery with PostNord. We offer free delivery on subscriptions for purchases over 369,-

Right of withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days. If you have purchased multiple items in an order, you can choose to cancel some or all of the items. See the refund of delivery costs in the case of partial cancellation under the section “Refund of money in case of cancellation”.

The cancellation period expires 100 days after the day on which you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods. If you have ordered several items in an order and we cannot deliver the goods at the same time, the cancellation period will expire when you acquire the last item in physical possession. If the delivery of goods is regular over a certain period, the cancellation period will expire when you acquire the first item in physical possession. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline will be extended to the following business day. When exercising the right of cancellation, please return the goods in their original packaging. Lack of original packaging will result in a reduction in the sales value, and based on an assessment by Tuttelu, you will be credited with a correspondingly smaller amount corresponding to the reduction.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

You may lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal or packaging on diapers and disposable washcloths. We only refund unopened products.

How to regret

You can cancel by clearly informing us that you regret your purchase. For example, you can send an e-mail stating that you regret your purchase to: Tuttelu ApS, Guldbergsgade11 – 2200 Nørrebro - info@ tuttelu.dk

You cannot cancel by refusing to receive the item or by failing to pick it up without also notifying that you cancel. If you refuse to receive the package or fail to pick it up at the post office/parcel shop, you will be charged the shipping cost for Post Nord to return the package to us. This also applies if you provide an incorrect address and the package is subsequently returned.

You can use the standard cancellation form provided by law, which is reproduced at the end of these sales and delivery terms and conditions, but this is not mandatory. The cancellation period is met if you send your notification that you regret the purchase before the cancellation period has expired. We ask you to enclose a copy of your order confirmation for the purchased goods as documentation that the returned goods were purchased from Tuttelu.dk.

Tuttelu recommends that the item is returned via Post Nord and that the item is sent as parcel post. This way, it is possible to track the package via Post Nord's system, and it removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to Tuttelu. You also have the option of requesting the package if delivery has not taken place. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged properly and you bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery. You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given to info@tuttelu.dk In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be delivered to Post Nord or another carrier no later than 14 days after receipt.

Return of the item and return costs

If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must send or deliver the item to Tuttelu ApS, Guldbergsgade11 – 2200 Nørrebro without undue delay and no later than 100 days after you have notified us that you wish to regret your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the items before the expiry of the 100 days. Items cannot be sent cash on delivery or without delivery. The customer bears the costs of returning the item, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Tuttelu ApS.

Refund of money upon cancellation

When you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply to additional costs when you have chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest delivery method that we offer. If you have purchased several items in an order and you only withdraw from part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs. We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event no later than 100 days from the date on which we received your notification of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the amount until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned.

We will make such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

Condition of the item upon return and packaging

You are only liable for any loss of value of a product due to handling of the product other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the product. We encourage you to return the product in the original packaging and not to damage it. If the packaging is missing or damaged, this may constitute a loss of value for which you are liable. You should also ensure that the product is properly packaged when you return it. You bear the risk of the package/products until we receive them. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any track and trace number. Returns

We offer a 100-day right of return. The right of return is conditional on the item being returned to us unused, in unopened packaging and undamaged. The right of return does not affect your statutory right to cancel the purchase, as described above. The right of return runs from the expiry of the right of cancellation.

Complaints – if there is something wrong with the product

When purchasing goods, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply. You have a 2-year right of complaint if the goods have a defect. A defect is, for example, a manufacturing or material defect, or incorrect information about the goods. On the other hand, ordinary wear and tear, or damage you have caused to the goods yourself, is not a defect. If the goods have a defect and you make a complaint in a timely manner, you are entitled in the first instance to have the goods repaired or replaced. If this cannot be done, or it does not happen within a reasonable time, you can, depending on the circumstances, get your money back or a reduction in the price. If you discover a defect, you must complain to us within a reasonable time. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible, especially if there is damage in transit. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable and necessary shipping costs. Therefore, keep your receipt.

If you would like to complain to us about a defect, we ask that you provide as much detail as possible about the problem. This is not a requirement, but it makes it easier for us to find the fault and minimizes the processing time for the complaint. Please send the item securely packaged. We do not accept items sent by cash on delivery or that are sent without postage.

Complaints options

If we cannot agree on what you are entitled to, you have the following options for complaint: A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Center for Complaints Resolution via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus: https://kpo.naevneneshus.dk. The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

After the agreement is concluded, you will receive an order confirmation for your subscription agreement via e-mail. The subscription terms and conditions apply to all types of subscriptions. Changes in name, address, e-mail or payment information must be notified to Tuttelu immediately in writing via info@gammel.tuttelu.dk or changed via your account on our website. It is only possible to purchase one trial package per household. After that, each delivery costs the amount that matches the products you have included in your subscription, which is automatically invoiced when you purchase the starter package repeatedly. Changes to subscription type, diaper size, delivery date and delivery frequency are free of charge. The change takes effect immediately. You make your subscription changes via your personal tuttelu account on our website.

The agreement is valid from the day you enter into the subscription agreement and continues until you cancel the subscription, or in the event of non-payment. The subscription can be cancelled whenever you wish, with immediate effect. However, the subscription must be cancelled before we have sent the delivery in question, if you have already received the delivery or it is on its way, you must make use of the right of withdrawal. Cancellation must be made via your own account page via our website, or in writing to info@tuttelu.dk

Binding period

As a Tuttelu customer, you can pause or cancel your subscription agreement from day to day.

Termination

The subscription is cancelled via your personal log-in account at gammel.tuttelu.dk, and can be cancelled from day to day. Your subscription is only cancelled when you have received a confirmation by e-mail. If you have multiple subscriptions associated with your profile, you will receive a confirmation for each subscription.

Right of withdrawal

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person of your choice (not including the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods. You can send an email to info@tuttelu.dk and we will help you.

Refund

If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. We will refund the amount to you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received notification that you wish to cancel the agreement. We will refund the money using the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

If there is something wrong with the subscription

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can contact our customer service at info@tuttelu.dk The rules of the Danish Sales Act regarding defects do not apply to subscriptions. Whether you have a 2-year right of complaint under the rules of the Danish Sales Act therefore depends on what must be delivered according to the subscription agreement:

If you discover a defect, you must complain to us within a reasonable time. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible, especially if there is damage during transport. However, if you complain within 2 months of the defect being discovered, it is always within a reasonable time. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable and necessary shipping costs. Therefore, keep your receipt.

Swipe your card

You can revoke your permission for us to charge your card at any time. You can also object to “unauthorized charges” with your card provider, but no later than 8 weeks after the charge, unless otherwise stated in your agreement with the card provider.
