Karen Ziefeldt, is 31 years old and has quite a few 'titles' under her belt. In addition to becoming a mother for the second time on Monday, she is a dedicated health nerd and trained as a Heilpraktiker and Authorized Health Counselor - She has a great passion for maintaining, taking care of and optimizing the body in every way imaginable.

Karen's special angle is always to do it with a holistic approach, because she knows that body, mind and soul are inextricably linked. In addition to her strong knowledge within health, Karen is also spiritual and uses astrology to create greater awareness and thereby help and guide people in opening their eyes to and not least making use of their (often untapped) inherent qualities and potentials.
